Flower Petal Salad with Violet Vinaigrette
What you need Salad: fresh Spring Greens like spinach, arugula, or mixed green various edible flowers* tangerines, peeled and diced (optional) Dressing: 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 violet vinegar 2-3 Tbsp honey salt |
Method:
To make dressing: Place the ingredients in a jar, make sure lid is on tightly, shake until the dressing is well mixed.
Place greens in bowl and toss with dressing. next add orange pieces across the top of salad. Finally sprinkle flower petals over salad. You can also toss flowers in dressing separately before sprinkling over salad.
