Summer Sangria
Sangria can be made with many different fruit combinations, as long as the ratio of fruit and wine stays about the same.
Cherries, melons, lemons, apples, and apricots are all nice options.

Method:
In a large pitcher, mix together wine, orange juice, brandy, and sugar or honey. Mix.
Wash and cut orange and apple in thin half slices. Add to pitcher along with berries.
Place in refrigerator for about two hours before serving.
Top off with seltzer before serving.
Spanish red wine is traditionally what is use, but any table red works.
