Summer Sangria
METHOD:
Mix wine, orange juice, brandy, and sugar or honey in a large pitcher. Mix.
Wash and cut the orange and peach into thin half slices. Add to pitcher along with berries.
Place in refrigerator for about two hours before serving.
Top off with seltzer before serving.
Spanish red wine is traditionally used, but any table red works.
Sangria can be made with many different fruit combinations as long as the ratio of fruit and wine stays about the same.
Cherries, melons, lemons, apples, and apricots are all excellent options.
