Summer Sangria
Sangria can be made with many different fruit combinations, as long as the ratio of fruit and wine stays about the same.
Cherries, melons, lemons, apples, and apricots are all nice options.

Method:
Slice the fruit into ¼ inch slices.
Place the fruit into a large pitcher and add honey if using.
Thinly slice the basil leaves and add to pitcher. Add the wine and the brandy and stir to combine.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
