Roast Asparagus
It is very easy to over cook asparagus, so keep a close eye on it.
Asparagus that is still a little crunchy will have a fresher flavor.

Method:
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Trim bottoms off asparagus.
Lightly coat with olive oil.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with salt and Summer Herb Garden Savory.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the asparagus are just beginning to soften.
Use any leftover asparagus in vegetable quiche or frittatas.
