Lemon Garlic Green Beans
Method:
Wash and trim the ends off the green beans. Squeeze lemon juice.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Mince garlic add to skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add green beans to pan and toss to coat with oil. Sprinkle marjoram over beans then pour lemon juice into pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
