Lemon Garlic Green Beans
METHOD:
Wash and trim the ends off the green beans. Squeeze lemon juice.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Mince garlic and add it to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add green beans to the pan and toss to coat with oil. Sprinkle marjoram over the beans, then pour lemon juice into the pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
