Lemon Garlic Green Beans
What you need:
1 lb. green beans 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp Old World Italian Blend salt and pepper |
Method:
Wash and trim the ends off the green beans. Squeeze lemon juice.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Mince garlic add to skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add green beans to pan and toss to coat with oil. Sprinkle Old World Italian Blend over beans then pour lemon juice into pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
