Grilled Peaches

WHAT YOU NEED:
Peaches
olive oil (main course) or butter (dessert)
​cinnamon
METHOD:
Grilled peaches can be served as a dinner
or dessert dish. To prepare them, cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
If you serve them for dinner, all you need is oil. Brush with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with spice blend, if using. They are great with pork or chicken.
If you serve them for dessert, use butter instead of olive oil. Melt butter and brush peach halves with it. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
Great with vanilla ice cream.

Heat the grill, then place the peach cut side down on medium heat for about 5 minutes; do not burn. Flip the peach and grill the skin side down for a few more minutes,​ but do not char the skin.
