Deviled Eggs
METHOD:
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, and vinegar. Peel the eggs and halve lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks from the white halves. Add the yolks to the mayonnaise mixture and mash until well mixed. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the yolk mixture into the white halves. Sprinkle with minced chives and paprika.
Chill before serving.
