Cranberry Refresher

WHAT YOU NEED:
4 quarts water
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 slices fresh ginger
1 lemon, sliced
1 cup mint leaves
¼ cup raw honey 
METHOD:
Add water, cranberries and ginger to a pot, bring to a boil. Boil for about 15 minutes. Remove the pot from heat, then add lemon slices, mint leaves and honey. Let steep for about 10 minutes. Poor the liquid through a strainer into a heat resistant pitcher. Let cool to room temperature, serve over ice.
 
This drink is a refreshing addition to any heavy or salty meal. It aids digestion and soothes the stomach as it hydrates the body.
