Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos
What you need:
Cilantro Lime Sauce 1 lb shrimp 2-3 Tbsp avocado oil 1-3 Tbsp chili lime spice blend salt ¼ head green cabbage avocado white corn tortillas 2 limes |
Method:
Make cilantro lime sauce ahead of time and place in refrigerator.
Shred cabbage and set aside. Slice limes set aside.
If the shrimp are frozen, place shrimp in a bowl of cold water to defrost. Peel and devein shrimp. Remove tails. Pat dry. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add 1-2 Add chili lime spice blend a little at a time, stir to mix with oil. Add shrimp and cook on high until the shrimp is fully cooked. Add additional spice if needed. Salt to taste. Heat tortillas in a pan or directly over low flame of gas stove.
Serve shrimp in tortilla, squeeze lime juice onto shrimp. Top with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, and cilantro sauce.
