Blackberry Fizz

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 ½ oz Bourbon 1/2 oz simple syrup 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 4 blackberries 4 oz Prosecco or champagne |
METHOD:
Add blackberries to shakes and crush. Add bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well.
Strain into glass with ice. Top with Prosecco or champagne.
Garnish with additional blackberries, edible flowers, lemon slice, or herb sprig.
