Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bake
Over the years we have tried many different combinations of fruit and nuts.
Some of our favorites were; raisins and pecans, blueberries and almonds, and peaches and hazelnuts.

What you need: 3 cups old fashioned oats 2 cups diced apple 1/2 cup walnuts 1 1/2 cup milk 1 stick butter softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 2-3 tsp Soul Warming Cinnamon Blend 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt |
Method:
Day Before:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Stir in milk, oats, Soul Warming Cinnamon Blend, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Add apples and nuts, blend gently.
Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Following Morning:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Uncover pan and bake until firm, about 45 minutes.
Serve warm for breakfast with milk or yogurt, or let cool and cut into squares for breakfast on the go.
