Zesty Chickpeas
These are also great as a crunchy snack.
Simply spread the sauteed chickpeas onto a baking sheet and roast at 450 F until brown and crunchy.

What you need:
1 can Chickpeas 1 Tbsp olive Oil 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Hint of Spicy Paprika Blend salt to taste |
Method:
Rinse the chickpeas well before cooking.
In a medium sauté pan, heat the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot add chickpeas and spice blend.
Sauté until they begin to brown.
Salt to taste.
Let cool before eating.
These chickpeas are great warm in Buddha bowls or chilled in salads.
For a spicier version use 1/2 Tbsp Homestyle Taco Mix instead of Hint of Spicey Paprika Blend.
