This spice blend has a delightfully warm flavor with just a hint of fruit and roses. Use in place of cinnamon in any recipe for a light summer taste. Great for baking, but is also good in fruit sauces and preserves. A few of our favorites to date are rosehip apples sauce, strawberry crisps and pies, raspberry streusel muffins, and pineapple guava bread. We mix it with sugar and use it on cookies or popcorn.
