Skillet Potatoes
These potatoes make a great campfire food. We make a large batch and use them for breakfast and dinner.
Can be cooked in a skillet on a camp stove or a Dutch oven coals.

What you need: 10-15 Small new potatoes 1/2 onion 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp butter 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Hint of Spicy Paprika Blend salt to taste |
Method:
Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut in half. Slice the onion.
In a large skillet, heat the olive and butter.
Add Hint of Spicy Paprika Blend to oil and stir.
Add the potatoes and onions.
Cook on low to medium heat, covered, until they are halfway done, then remove lid.
Stir the potatoes from time to time so they cook evenly and don't stick to pan.
Salt to taste.
Add more paprika spice blend if desired.
Serve hot, as a breakfast with eggs and sausage, or as a dinner with grilled meat and a green salad.
