Rosehip Milk
We like to make this drink for Summer's Dawn,
and leave a glass out on the garden altar as a thanks to the faeries who help in the garden.

What you need: 2.5 cups milk or substitute like oat milk 1 Tbsp honey 1 tsp Summer Essence Rosehip Spice 1/4 tsp Sweet Summer Rosehip Sprinkle |
Method:
Heat the milk in a saucepan on medium heat, but do not boil.
Add honey, lavender, and spice blend. Keep on heat for about 5 minutes, do not boil.
Remove lavender using a tea strainer.
Decorate rim by placing honey on a plate then pressing glass rim onto plate. Then sprinkle rosehip spice onto honey. You can also decorate glass with edible flowers.
