Pineapple Peach Salsa
METHOD:
Remove the peel and pit from the peaches, then dice. Remove the peel and core from the pineapple, then dice. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, then dice. Place the diced produce in a mixing bowl.
Mince the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Add to mixing bowl.
In a small container, mix lime juice, brown sugar, apple cider, and salt. Add to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Place in refrigerator until it is time to serve.
