Paprika Honey Chicken Kebabs
What you need: 1/2 cup olive oil 2/3 cup honey 2/3 cup soy sauce 1-2 tsp Hint of Spicy Paprika Blend 16 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces 3 cloves garlic 4 small onions, cut into 2-inch pieces 4 zucchini, sliced into 1-inch pieces Cherry tomatoes skewers |
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, and spice blend.
Add chicken, garlic, onions, and zucchini into the bowl and mix ensure that everything is covered by marinade. Marinate for a few hours.
Preheat the grill to high heat. If using wood skewers, place in water to soak before using.
Drain marinade from the chicken and veggies into small saucepan. Simmer marinade until it begins to thicken.
Meanwhile, thread the chicken and veggies onto the skewers. Alternate in whatever order you like.
Lightly oil the grill before placing the skewers on grill. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done, turning skewer frequently. Brush with marinade between turns.
