Crudité with Ranch Dip
Leftover dip can be used instead of buttermilk when making chicken cutlets or other breaded foods.
What you need:
Ranch Dip: 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 plain yogurt 1 Tbsp Homestyle Ranch Mix 1 tsp white vinegar Vegetables any or all: carrots celery jicama cherry tomatoes raw broccoli raw cauliflower bell peppers snap peas steamed green beans |

Dip:
In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients until it is smooth and free of lumps. Place in a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Vegetables:
Cut vegetables into sticks or bit size pieces. Arrange on a serving dish and serve with dip.
