Chicken Cutlets
If you have leftover ranch dressing or dip, you can use it in place of buttermilk or mayo,
and reduce or skip the amount of Homestyle Ranch Mix used.

What you need: 4 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 ounces) ¼ cup flour ¼ cup Grated Parmesan ¾ cup plain bread crumbs ½ cup Buttermilk or Mayo 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1-2 Tbsp Homestyle Ranch Mix salt and pepper |
Method:
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, bread crumbs, cheese, Homestyle Ranch Mix, salt and pepper.
Place the buttermilk or mayo in a separate bowl.
Slice the chicken into ¼ inch thin slices.
Place the chicken in the bowl, and stir until the chicken is completely coated.
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Press each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then place in skillet.
Cook chicken strips over medium heat, for 3-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is completely cooked.
