and reduce or skip the amount of Homestyle Ranch Mix used.

What you need:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 ounces)
¼ cup flour
¼ cup Grated Parmesan
¾ cup plain bread crumbs
½ cup Buttermilk or Mayo
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 Tbsp Homestyle Ranch Mix
salt and pepper
Method:
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, bread crumbs, cheese,
Homestyle Ranch Mix, salt and pepper.
Place the buttermilk or mayo in a separate bowl.
Slice the chicken into ¼ inch thin slices.
Place the chicken in the bowl, and stir until the chicken is completely coated.
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Press each chicken strip into the flour mixture, then place in skillet.
Cook chicken strips over medium heat, for 3-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is completely cooked.
