Herbed Greek Salad
There is probably some rule against using an Italian spice blend in a Greek food.
However, it is delicious so we do anyway.

What you need: 3 large ripe tomatoes 2 small cucumbers 1 small red onion 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives Dressing: 6 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 2 tsp Old World Italian Blend juice from 1/2 lemon salt |
Method:
Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta cheese and olives in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a small blender, or place in jar and shake. Add dressing to salad.
This salad is better if it gets to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
Good as a side dish or served on a bed of butter leaf lettuce.
